Our new office is located at 282 Maytown Road (Rt. 743) in Elizabethtown . We are located at the intersection of Maytown Road and West Ridge Road beside Elizabethtown Family Practice.

This facility is fully accessible and the examination room is designed to allow for a complete examination without having to be moved from a wheelchair.

Directions

From Lancaster -

Follow Rt 283 West to the Rheems/Elizabethtown exit. Turn left onto Cloverleaf Road and travel approximately 1 mile to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Rt 230/ South Market Street and travel approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Rt 743/ Maytown Road at the Mt. Tunnel Cemetery and we are located 0.4 miles on the left.

From Harrisburg -

Follow Rt 283 East to the Hershey/Elizabethtown exit. Turn right onto Rt 743. Following Rt 743 (you will turn left at a traffic light as Rt 743 and Rt 230 join on North Market St), travel through Elizabethtown and turn right onto Maytown Road (still following Rt 743).  We are 0.4 miles on the left.

From Columbia -

 Follow Rt 441 North to Rt 743 North / Maytown Road.  We are on Rt. 743, 4.7 miles from the square in Maytown.
