Contact Lenses

Whether you're interested in wearing contact lenses for the first time, or you already wear them and want to explore what options are available to you, you've come to the right place. Our contact lens practice is based on providing our patients with the contact lenses which allow for their best vision, best comfort, and greatest convenience.

We offer a broad selection of RGP and soft lenses from daily disposables to conventional lenses, as well as color-changing lenses. Our friendly and experienced staff will provide instruction on insertion and removal of contact lenses. For RGP wearers, we are able to polish your lenses at our office.

Contact Lenses for the "Hard-to-Fit" Patient

People who have keratoconus, astigmatism, dry eyes, giant papillary conjunctivitis or presbyopia can have difficulty finding the right contact lenses to meet their needs. The same goes for those who've had eye surgery (such as LASIK).   Dr. Rebman has  specialized training in fitting "hard-to-fit" eyes including extensive experience with bifocal contacts and specialized toric contact lenses for astigmatism.

Contact Lens alternatives to LASIK

Not everyone is a good candidate for LASIK.   Continuous wear contact lenses may be an option for you. Ciba Night & Day and B&L Purevision silicone hydrogel soft lenses and Menicon Z rigid gas permeable lenses are FDA approved for up to 30 days and nights of continuous wear.

Another option is Corneal Refractive Therapy.  Paragon CRT is a specially designed oxygen permeable therapeutic contact lens used in Corneal Refractive Therapy. Corneal Refractive Therapy is a sophisticated non-surgical process that temporarily reshapes the cornea while you sleep. You remove the lenses when you awake and are able to go throughout the day seeing clearly without any other vision correction.

Dr. Rebman is certified to perform Corneal Refractive Therapy.  For more information, click here to visit our Corneal Refractive Therapy page.
